The Seal Villages

The early Seal Villages comfortably resided in the furthest reaches of the land upon the shores of the Open Sea, isolated from the emerging political developments in the heartland of the Realm. A peaceful people, they led an idyllic life of lounging in the sun and caring little for the world outside of their borders. Their government was as informal as their lifestyle, consisting of village elders who would meet once a year at the great Seal Moot to settle differences with philosophical debate and give their tribes the chance to mingle, arrange marriages, and foster community through friendly competitions.
